If your roof is damaged by a hurricane or tropical storm, our team is ready to respond quickly with emergency tarping and temporary repairs to help prevent additional damage.

- Priority emergency response during hurricane season
- Emergency roof tarping at no additional cost
- Temporary roof repairs: If Smart Tarping is not the most effective solution, an alternative temporary repair is to install an additional waterproof membrane for enhanced protection.
- Roof damage photos for insurance documentation
- Build Roof Protection Credits that can be applied toward future permanent roof repairs or roof replacement (up to $1,000).
When a storm is approaching, we monitor its path, position crews ahead of landfall, and contact members in affected areas so we're ready to respond as soon as it's safe.

Rapid Response
Once conditions are safe, members are scheduled within four hours and our crews begin emergency temporary repairs and tarping.

Many policies may cover reasonable emergency mitigation expenses for covered losses. Coverage decisions remain with your insurance carrier.
Members receive priority scheduling; actual timing depends on storm severity, safety conditions, and demand. We aim for arrival within 24-48 hours and scheduling within 4 hours of safe weather conditions once the storm has hit.

Your recurring membership doesn’t just protect you — it rewards long-term loyalty with real credits you can use on your roof.
How It Works:
- After you register for year two creating continuous membership, you earn a credit equal to 50% of your previous year’s membership cost.
- This credit is deposited into your Reroof Account and can be applied toward a future reroof project or qualifying roofing services with RAVASA Roofing + Construction.
- Reset Rule: If you use your membership for storm response or tarping services, your credit account resets at the start of the following membership year.
- Credits are non-expiring while your membership remains active and are designed to reward consistent, proactive members who stay enrolled long-term and can earn you up to $1000
